EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS ground within 1-5 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Most domestic shipments within the US will require a signature upon receipt. If this is an issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before or immediately after placing your order.
HVN is not responsible for packages that have been lost or mis-delivered in the care of USPS or UPS. Once your package is in the hands of the mail carrier, all delivery issues must be taken up with the post office or UPS using your tracking information. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and when selecting a secure delivery address. If you would prefer to use FedEx for a faster shipping service, please contact email@example.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic Returns Within the USA: We want you to be sure about your purchase, so if for some reason you want to return or exchange your item(s), please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt with your return request and order number. If notice is received within this 7 day window, you will receive a return label for your package via email. This return label is valid for 3 business days. Please do not forget to ship your return during these 3 business days, otherwise you forfeit the right to return your item(s). Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the garment(s). All shipping costs will be deducted from this refund. Items returned without contacting our team and/or outside of the return window will be forfeited or returned to the customer at their expense.
International Returns: Due to customs charges, we unfortunately cannot accept international returns at this time. All orders shipping outside of the USA are considered FINAL SALE.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all HVN tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

For all orders shipping outside of the US, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government.
All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
All purchases must be paid for in U.S. dollars at the prices shown on our website.
Our 100% natural silk garments are delicate, so please be careful when trying them on. All HVN pieces are dry clean only and cannot be hand-washed, dampened, or soaked. Please note heavy perspiration and certain deodorants may cause flaws to our printed 100% natural silk. HVN is not responsible for these damages.
