EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail within 1-5 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
HVN is not responsible for packages that have been lost or mis-delivered in the care of USPS. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, all delivery issues must be taken up with the post office using your tracking information. Please keep this in mind when selecting a secure delivery address. If you would prefer to use FedEx for a faster shipping service, please contact email@example.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic Returns: We want you to be sure about your purchase, so if for some reason you want to return your item(s), please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt and we will send you a link to our returns portal. If notice is received within the above window, you will receive a full refund for the garment. All shipping costs will be deducted from this refund.
International Returns: Due to customs charges, we unfortunately cannot accept international returns at this time.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all HVN tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Our 100% silk garments are delicate, so please be careful when trying them on. All our pieces are dry clean only and cannot be hand-washed, dampened, or soaked. Please note heavy perspiration in any silk garments may result in flaws to the fabric.
