EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to be sure about your purchase, so if for some reason you want to return your item(s), please email email@example.com within 10 days of receipt and we will send you a link to our returns portal. If received within the above window, you will receive a full refund for the garment and we will cover one shipping cost.
We unfortunately cannot accept international returns at this time. Additionally, we cannot cover return shipping of outerwear.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all HVN tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Our 100% silk garments are delicate, so please be careful when trying them on. All pieces are dry clean only and cannot be hand-washed, dampened, or soaked. Please note heavy perspiration in any silk garments may result in flaws to the fabric.
